General overview of classes

Reiki I and II are taught together during a 2-day intensive course in a supportive environment.

The standard Reiki session hand positions
Japanese Reiki Techniques, as taught by Usui Sensei including: Gassho meditation, Reiji-ho, Byosen Scanning, Gyoshi ho, and Kenyoku
Two placements (attunements) given for Reiki I and II, allowing access to greater healing energy
